Keep abreast with / up to date on the latest trends and developments in the field of Learning and Development with the specific purpose of continuously evaluating their relevance to the Company’s goals and incorporating such inputs in the programs.
Training to ASM’s, RSO, FOS, RDS, SPC’S on Soft skills, Service Excellence, Product, Technology, Sales. Etc
Handling and Training Samsung mobile team on Sales &Marketing service.
Role is to conduct, coordinate, and facilitate the training process for new trainees and existing employees.
Preparation of Training workflow and Training Documents
Creating new tests and exercises and up-gradation of the existing ones
Assist the existing training staff in the execution of their responsibilities as and when required
Creation of new and imaginative approaches to training-related issues
