These screenshots of Learnmet platform will help you learn how to use The File Manager at Learnmet's platform, file manager will also help to edit and publish a course on Learnmet's global platform.
Step 1: Log in to Learnmet dashboard.
Step 2: Click "My Files" tab on Left Navigation Menue.
Step 3: System will redirect to the My Files page, Click Private or Public Folder to upload files or create sub folders.
Step 4: Type your new folder mane and click "Add Folder"
Step 5: Click Newly Created Folder to add files in it.
Step 6: Click "Choose files to upload", the system will allow you to choose your required files to upload.
Step 7: Choose single file or batch files to upload.
Step 8: Click "Upload All" button to upload all files in a single go, or click "Cloud" Icon to upload individual files.
Step 9: After successful upload of all files, the system will auto refresh the page and show all uploaded files along with disc space availability.
Step 10: Click "View" options to view your uploaded files.
Step 11: You can Delete uploaded files, by clicking "Cross" button associated with each file, or you can delete whole Subfolder by clicking "Delete Folder" button associated with each subfolder.
Note: If you have used any of uploaded file to your course, that file or associated subfolder cannot be deleted.
Step 12: These files can be used for course creation, to know more please visit out "Course Creation Tutorial". But here you have to keep in mind one thing, that course creation will allow only those files which are under "Private" folder or subfolders of "Private" folder.
Files under "Public" folder or subfolders of "Public" folder can only be used for course thumb image.
