NOTE: Time Slot function is only for Instructor-Led Courses.
Step 1: Create and Publish your Instructor-Led course on Learnmet platform. Please check "How To Create And Publish A Course at Learnmet" for more details.
Step 2: After publishing your course, navigate to the "My Published Courses" tab.
Step 3: Click on the published course image or on the course name, the system will redirect you to the course edit page.
Step 4: Click on "Time Slot" button, the system will allow you to create or view the time slots of the course.
Step 5: Click "Add" button to create or add a new slot for the course.
Step 6: Fill up Description, provide tags according to your type of course. If you want your slot to be viewed by public make it "Yes" else click "No" radio button. Select the number of Days of your course Duration and click show dates, it will allow you to select the date, time and session duration.
Note: Slot Title cannot be changed, the system will populate the slot title according to the course title.
Step 7: Click on the day field to select the date, click time dropdown to select the time and click duration drop-down to select the duration of the session.
Step 8: Provide date, time and duration of all the days of the slot and click "Save Schedule" button.
Step 9: System will show a success message after successful creation of Course Slot. Click ok button system will redirect you to the dashboard.
Step 10: Navigate to the course edit page again, now click "View / Edit" button to view your saved slot or to edit the slot time, date and duration of the session and you can add your student by your self. Cancel your slot and refund the money to your student.
Step 10.A: Cancel & Refund your slot.
Note: Cancel & Refund is only possible if students have enrolled in the slot.
Click Cancel & Refund button and click yes button.
The system will show Cancelled status.
Step 10.B: Cancel & Re-Schedule your slot
Click Cancel & Re-Schedule button and click yes button.
The system will show the canceled status.
To Re-Schedule the slot, you have to add or create a new slot, follow the steps from 1.
Step 10.C: Adding students
Click "Add Student" button to add your student from your side.
Note: You can add only those students, those who are already enrolled your any instructor-led courses.
Click "Add Students" field and select your students accordingly and click Save schedule.
The system will show a success message, click ok.
